For our Client, a successful market leader in the UHT (Long Life) milk market in Saudi Arabia,

we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Dairy Process Technologist

place of work: Arabia Saudyjska

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the factories to implement new products
• Optimising of existing recipes throughout the whole product portfolio to decrease costs whilst maintaining quality levels and complying with local law
• Designing new processes for products based on latest proven technology as well as work on developing technologies for the future
• Working  closely with co-packers to ensure they are on spec from a technological point of view
• Reporting to the Manager Quality and Safety, Health & Environment.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or similar
• Relevant work experience as a Process Technologist or Process Engineer, preferably in the dairy sector
• Team player with good leadership and project management skills
• Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment
• Personal skills: strong analytical skills, self starter, results and goal oriented, creative mindset and perseverance.
